Serious Competitive Ranked 5vs Team Looking for Junglers, Tops, Coaches, and Analysts!

Please read the whole document through to apply. Do NOT just leave a comment please. Hello there, my name is Treaduse and I am the team manager and owner of Veneer Esports. Veneer Esports is a low-elo, competitive, and serious ranked team that will compete on both the ranked ladder and in tournaments. We are looking for serious, professional, skilled, and fun individuals to make this team successful. Currently we two slots on our in-game roster that are for open tryouts (Top and Jungle), and two out-of game slots open for tryouts (Coach and Analyst positions). After much consideration, we have decided that the best way for our team to move forward is with two new players and more out of game analysis, and that is where you could come in. If you are a low-elo (Silver 5- Gold 1) player, who is looking to compete alongside other serious, enjoyable, and professional players, then we are the right team for you. If you are a coach or analyst looking for a low-elo team to help train and gain experience as a team analyst, we are also the team for you! Here is a breakdown of our team positions that are open for tryouts:

Note: All roles should have somewhat of a understanding of competitive league Meta, teamwork, positivity, and basic mechanical skills.

The TOP LANE ROLE will have the following responsibilities: attendance, Top-lane play, and role filling. (Top is one of the most flexible positions so role filling would mean you are capable of playing a tank, bruiser, support-esque, or split pusher top, among other things depending on what the team composition needs). The JUNGLER ROLE will have the following responsibilities: attendance, jungle play, and first-picking. (The Jungle has the least area for counter-picking, so our jungler will generally be our first picker in the draft mode, so that our solo and bot lanes can counter-pick into the enemy team). The COACH ROLE will be responsible for directing players towards improvement, both as a team and as individuals. The Coach would assign the team and its players weekly goals to chart improvement, analyze live games, host theorycrafting sessions, and provide advice to the team captains. Of course, the coach can do as much more as they would like as well. The coach role is the only role that has a minimum requirement. We would ask applicants for the position of team coach to be at LEAST PLATINUM 5 in solo/duo or ranked 5v5s. The ANALYST ROLE will be responsible for live observations, replay analysis, theorycrafting, and player improvement. Analysts will work to improve teamplay in between games, as well as after practices, by pointing out errors in playstyle, mechanics, or teamwork. There is no requirements to become analyst Currently, we have two nearly-full rosters of players that will play on opposite days of the week. To commit to this team, you would need to be available to play in the evening past 8:30PM PST, four nights of the week. Our two team captains Fire and Treaduse are in charge of the tryout process, and a position on the team is NOT GUARANTEED for any applicant. An applicant may be eliminated from the tryouts in one game, or in 100 games, we will play as many games as we feel are necessary to find the best fit for our team. We will be choosing players based on the following criteria: Positive attitude Good communication in and out of game Availability for practice times Good synergy with other teammates Desire to improve Mechanical skill
