Looking for Platinum Ranked Duo Partner

I am plat 5 used to be plat 2 at my highest but have been getting very unlucky with teammates and the elo system, I have been gaining more wins than losses but lose elo cause i lose more lp from losses than i gain from wins so I don't know what to but but a duo partner to keep me dedicated and motivated. I want someone who isn't toxic and who can take a loss and learn from it I want to have a learning experience work on what we did wrong and always communicate and try to improve after each game.
