Gold+ Serious team LF Mid and bottom lane. (including sup.)

Hey my name is Erik and i have tried making a team many times and cannot find the correct group of dedicated and determined people that have the same goals as me! I am looking to rebuild this org with the sole focus of getting better as individuals and as a team. I will bring in coaching staff after the team is structured. If you are interested the requirements are as follows: Must have and be able to use a mic. Must have skype! (maybe another comms platform later) MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISCM AND NOT GET DEFENSIVE. There is a difference between constructive and non-contructive critiscm but this category is proboly the most important part of your tryout process. Must be able to practice most nights. the tryout process will be my preferance of players not really going off of skill i want a good enviroment of like minded players. if you are interested fill out this application and I WILL ADD YOU DO NOT ADD ME. if you have questions please state them in comments or ask to be added to answer them :)

IGN: Rank: Role that you wish to tryout for: Champ pool: Why do you want to be on this team:
