LF serious ranked team

Hello, Im looking for a serious ranked team to play with and improve with in season 5. I play top lane, adc, and support but would also love to learn the jungle. I am a very dedicated player, looking to practice most of the week. My soloque rank is not the best because I am not a hard carry kind of player, I preform better in a team environment rather than a whoever can kill the most people. hmu in game for in interview or a tryout game.
