Silver 2 Adc/Top main looking for Dynamic Que group

Hey guys i main ADC but i play top lane as well, and depending on what you play, depends on what I will play... I am preferably looking for a Support and a Jungler to que with. If not, a jungler and mid laner would be good as well. I peaked at Gold 2 in Season 5 so it would nice to play with people around that elo.. I play everyday and i grind the game. Its all better to que in 3 than to que in 4 or 5. I want people who can communicate and have goals to climb. Preferably be 18+ and understanding of the game.
