Need a Gold+ Top Main for serious 5's team

our current top laner has been a no show too many times, looking to replace. this a serious team, with scheduled practices. we have practice on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday nights, and satudray around midday. LF someone who synergizes well with team, can hold their own in lane, objective push, communicate, roam properly, and most importantly, is serious about playing in a long term team. we will be competing in tournaments down the line.
