Diamond 4 Top/Non-ADC LFT Plat+

I'm trying to find a team or community of relatively high elo players looking to play casual ranked games on some kind of a schedule. I don't really enjoy playing this game much solo anymore and the elo discrepancy playing with silver/bronze players sucks. If there's a community out there that fits the bill and is recruiting, that works fine too.

Just wanna have fun and improve with a regular group without feeling like I have to carry super hard every game.
