Friction Gaming LFM Silver 3+

INTRODUCTION:

Hi everyone, i'm Zack, but most people (even in real world) call me PeeWee. i am the substitute JG/Support for Friction Gaming. more importantly however i am the teams manager and coach. we are a new ranked team looking for serious members to fill positions in our Top Mid Jungle and Support roles. before i begin explaining the application process let me start you off with a few rules/things to remember. if you have an issue with any of these you need not apply, simple enough right?

First: as Friction Gaming's manager and coach my say (when it comes to team decisions) is final. i promise to each and every one of you that i will not abuse this power and will make ZERO big team decisions without lengthy discussion among the team members but again ultimately its my decision.

Second: one of our players will be a primary shot caller for in game decision making. we are not sure who yet .(possibly one of you) but in game if the shot caller says go take dragon (or something along those lines) it is to be done NO MATTER HOW TERRIBLE THE CALL IS. we all hope that we will not have to deal with bad calls but no one is perfect. i would rather the team work as a team even if its straight into a loss than have half the team on a different page than the others. in order to make sure you are reading everything put Nidalee as one of your top champions in the application (so a total of 4 per role)

Finally: once we have a roster of players i will require a schedule from each player outlining what days and times they can make themselves available for practice. i will compile all of this myself and create a practice schedule for team practice. individual practice is obviously required yada yada yada. i will also strongly suggest teaming up with other members as often as possible. the more we can play together the better.

APPLICATION: format the application as follows (i will fill it out as if i were applying for reference)

IGN- PeeWee NA NICKNAME- PeeWee (this name will be used for team communication so make sure it resembles either your real name or IGN) ROLE- Jungle/Support TOP 3 CHAMPS (each position)- / (you can just write the names if you would like) WHY WE SHOULD CONSIDER YOU- i have an in-depth knowledge of my role as well as all others, my objective control is on point, i can commit to all practices and i can keep a level head no matter the in game situation. SOLO QUE RANK (season 4/season 5)- Silver 2/Silver 5 GENERAL INFO- (put anything you want us to know about you in here. include your timezone)

Thats just about it, we will begin the TryOut process on Sunday Feb 15 at 6pm EST if this time cannot be met let me know and we can arrange something.
