Creating a league organization filling a Diamond team as well as top and support for a plat team

Hello my name is Peewee NA I along with my partner Blind Tilt are creating an eSports organization for tournaments as well as future ventures into challenger series. We have coaches for both teams but now need a dedicated roster of Diamond+ players and Top and Support players for a Plat+ team. We look to eventually add more teams as well as train new coaches. All of our teams will compete in tournaments and scrim with eachother.

Coach: As a coach I would mainly be focused on pick and banning phases, Working to keep the team off each other's dicks and setting up schedules/comps/and team cohesion. Reviewing games with the players about things that need to be worked on and fixed. Overall strategic Game-play helping them with the idea of what they will be focusing on from game to game. (Examples would be: Lane swapping, Wave manipulation, Team fighting, Splitting, Rotations etc.) I'd also be reviewing and re watching scrims/5's play much like an analyst. I will most likely find an analyst for the team once I'm officially on it but my main job will be to do pick/ban, comps, making sure players are comfortable, and addressing issues between the teammates.

In this role I would help recruit and manage the team. In whatever way I could; If you're looking into new top laners, I can spectate games. Watch him in 5's find out if he's a suitable pick for the roster. I also like to remove as much pressure as I can from the players as I can allowing them to purely focus on their play.

Players You are what the team revolves around. There will be benching of players for any deviation of their responsibilities. Needs to be able to:

  • Be willing to learn a large champion pool for their role.
  • Respect other players on the team.
  • Be willing to play your minimum number of solo/duo que games each day.
  • Must make practice times unless there is a suitable reason, but must make most practices.
  • Must duo que with team mates.
  • Listen and be open to coaches criticism.
  • Be willing to fix any personal issues on the team.

When you get the team together you should look up @Paleo_Ever on twitter he can get you into some Semi Pro League of Legends events and help you with a marketable twitter account and a logo. He will put you onto a program called Rumble on the Rift. its pretty badass. Only message him if you're serious though.

I'm applying for the plat+ team In Game Name: Fear The Poro Role: Support Rank: Plat V Schedule: I'm available whenever (I'm in CST time) Strengths: I know when to go and ward safely, I know where to ward depending on the game (defensively/offensively/around objectives), I'm able to adapt my playstyle to what the team/my laner needs, I have a decent amount of game knowledge, I get along with most people, I've had some 5's experience, I have a fairly large champ pool, I'm usually able to successfully peel for my carries and I always keep them in mind during teamfights, I have decent map awareness Weaknesses: I have a tendency to second guess myself on some things, I will sometimes tunnel vision, I'm still trying to get caught up with all of the mage/item changes, I'm still trying to work on when I should roam so my roaming skills aren't the best Discord and TS: I own both

I work part time, but can have my schedule work with the team if practice time are constant Strengths: Map awareness, lane control, dueling, good capability to adapt to the meta champions Weaknesses: Carry top lane pool and overall performance is slightly weaker than tank / bruiser, tendency to play passively and not push advantages if not told to do so, dragon control slightly below standards

Schedule: Thursday I'm busy between 7am-12pm roughly (PST), other than that I'm free mostly any time

Strengths: Played for a very long time (since pre s1), previously dia 3 in s4, plat in s3/5/currently, I'm easy to get along with and would like to improve so criticism is appreciated. Also I'm a huge fan of the current tank top meta with poppy/ekko/maokai etc

Weaknesses: Barely played on tournament teams so I'm mostly a solo/dynamic que player, but I'd like to learn team coordination.

Discord and TS: I highly prefer discord if that's the question here, can use both however
