Plat 4 60% winrate AD main LF 5's team or start a new team

Looking for a serious competitive/flex team to play and practice with every day (or start a team). Main champs are jinx, varus, ezreal, kog maw, ashe, vayne, and tristana. Really just want to grind with a 5's team, run scrims, play in tourneys, climb flex ladder. Not really picky with who I play with as long as we're all plat elo roughly, you know what youre doing in 5's games, and not toxic. IGN: Sesogen
