Plat ADC/Jungle Secondary LF Serious Competitive Team

I'm Plat 5 in Solo Plat 3 in Flex looking for a serious team. I mainly play ADC my best champions are Ashe, Vayne, Varus, Ezreal, Kog Maw. Really just looking for a team that's serious about getting better through team orientated game play, communication, and analyzation. An organization with a coach would be ideal but NOT necessary to begin with. I just want to grow better as a player and gain knowledge and expertise with a consistent team. I play everyday mainly afternoons and nights and would love to be on a team that plays a lot together and wants to get better. I'm 22 and have a mic and discord and Central U.S time.
