plat 5 looking for duo to diamond

short and sweet: trying to get better odds of not running into top laners who go 1/8 and I outfarm by 50 cs in the jg as a volibear. Requirements: have some sort of voice communication: skype, ts, vent, (etc.) and have good game stats (such as positive win rates and good kda) and be able to carry games. I'm looking for a serious partner to go all the way to diamond. Bad players, ragers, and "negativeness" not tolerated. We in this for the long run so might as well have fun while doing it.
