g3 looking for a platinum+ team

I am a mid laner that's looking for a platinum+ team. I am in searching of something more serious though, a team that has a schedule and is willing to take/give criticism to improve etc. I have played with many team's before ranging from gold-diamond. Played in many online tournaments as well. I have a solid knowledge of the game and a big champion pool. The only thing is my current champion pool is missing a lot of champions because I'm using a different account. I have strong game knowledge, warding, when to play aggressive when to play passive, lane pressure/freezing lanes, team fighting etc. My schedule is pretty open mainly work night's on the weekends.
