Looking for players to dynamic que with would prefer plat+

Keeping this short and sweet I'm pretty much looking to make a team in the long run if I can get my solo que rating higher because platinum-low diamond is not taken very seriously. So in the mean time I'm looking for players to grind it out with me. Now what this means is, we will not win 100% of our games. But i'd like to keep it damn near as close. This means i'll keep and eye on your game mechanics and what your attitude is like. If I believe we can make it some where but you just lack warding I'll say so and we will do our best to make improvements( I also take criticism this is not a one way road). If you are toxic, make misplays and blame others, refuse to work as a team i'll simply delete you and move on. I love maining middle lane, enjoy playing jungle and have tons of experience in the bottom lane. I am not looking to do any voice chat right away because I want to know who I'm playing with first.
