IGN Name: Object S4 Rank: P4 S5 Rank: D4 Main Role: Mid Champion Pool: I have a stupidly large champion pool, but most comfortable on long mage/support mage/burst mage such as orianna, lux, anivia, viktor, xerath Skype (Y/N):Y What is your greatest asset to a ranked 5's team? My experience as far as teams 5 is very strong, shot calling if need be, and my mechanics are fearsome. I also bring tons of pressure to the rift. What is your greatest weakness to a ranked 5's team? The inability to play assassians (non-kat) is a big lack and can causes some problem in team comps Does your playing schedule fit our practice schedule? Mostly yes, Will need to speak about it for minor changes. How many teams have you been on and what is longest time? Major teams, 3-4, Being the captain of 2-3 of them Willingness to Sub if not make the team? No, and the reason is because I'm looking for a group of friend to play with. I am not looking to play every once in a while.

IGN Name: Mylon Requiem S4 Rank: Gold S5 Rank: Currently Unranked (MMR: 1650+) Main Role: Mid Lane _Champion Pool: Leblanc Zed Viktor Skype (Y/N): Yes. (darkcyberelf)

_What is your greatest asset to a ranked 5's team? _
My carry potential, my knowledge of the game on a macro level thanks to watching competitive play (mostly LCK/OGN) heavily, and my ability to shotcall and identify win-conditions.

What is your greatest weakness to a ranked 5's team?
** I don't play well with others, simply put. I tend to be very competitive and opinionated, so I can rub certain people who are more carefree the wrong way. I'm working on trying to be a better team-minded person, but so far my lone-wolf side is still dominant. **

Does your playing schedule fit our practice schedule?
** I am available all weekend and Mondays, most of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and after 9 PM on Wednesdays. My timezone is EST (GMT-5). **

_How many teams have you been on and what is longest time? _
**I have been playing with 5's for a long time, in short bursts, since late Season 2, but I have never technically been part of a team due to, as I said, my aforementioned inability to consistently get along with others when it comes down to competition versus friendship. In-game I want to win, outside the game I want to joke around, I rarely mix them unless warned ahead of time or when I'm in a good mood. **

Willingness to Sub if not make the team? ** I have confidence in my ability to beat out other Gold/Platinum-level players consistently for the main roster spot, but if I have to sub, I'm more than happy to oblige, as I'm sure the other contenders will be promising, or perhaps better for team synergy. **

Check out my YouTube channels if you want to see my gameplay (disclaimer: it's mostly on Featured Gamemodes though): https://www.youtube.com/user/mylonrequiem183

Keep in mind that I have been looking for a team that will stick together for the long haul and truly help me experience the team environment, so if you'll have me, I'm more than willing to devote time to the team, as this year I will be starting a Road to Challenger (Road to Commander as known in CoD) that I will be uploading on YouTube.
