FERAL Esports Club Seeking Head Coach + Technical Coach

Hello! I'm the vice chairman of a relatively new organization called FERAL Esports Club (EC). The organization is pretty much new and the owner of FERAL and I are looking for a Head Coach and a Technical Coach to expand our staff and help with trying out players. As of now, we have everything planned out as to how we're going to move on in a steady pace to win amateur LoL tournaments (IAL) and maybe even move on to NACS later in time, but we need your help of being a qualified coach to recruit qualified players.

Responsibilities:

Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

Head Coach:

Do pick and bans for players, be very good at communicating with people, supervise scrims/practices, assist chairman (owner) and vice chairman in recruitment, training, and selection of players, and provide VOD reviews for the team or any way you want to coach the team.

[Of course, once we recruit managers for each team, some of your responsibilities will be done by them]

Technical Coach (Player Coach):

Maintain all players's individual skill up to par, be good at communication with players on an 1 on 1 situation, and keep their solo queue rank increasing in a gradual rate.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do I have to be in a certain ELO to coach?

No certain ELOs are required to become a head coach or technical coach for FERAL EC, but it doesn't hurt to be high ranked.

What ELO will the players be?

We will try to get the players to be Diamond+, as we are trying to foster talent and also win every amateur LoL tournaments, as we reach for NACS, but determination and drive of LoL is what we look for most. We can always increase the solo queue rank, but it is hard to find the determination some people have.

Why should I volunteer my time and effort to coach/play for FERAL EC?

FERAL EC's goal is strictly to make sure players get where they want to be in the life of Esports. Either it is to win the IAL tournament, to make money through other LoL tournaments, or to even make NACS qualifiers, we will try our best to make that happen. Our committee is comprised of people who have experience in high ELO teams or who have connections with high ELO teams, so we tried our best to plan out the most efficient strategy to get players/coaches to where they want to be in. It is also always good to build up your Esports resume.
