FERAL Esports Club Seeking Manager (EST/CST ONLY)

Hello!

I'm the General Manager for FERAL Esports Club and currently we are looking for a manager for the EAST team (CST timezone is also allowed). A little information about our organization is that we are taking players in the elo range of D5-Challenger. It isn't clear which specific elo range because our coaches are currently just interviewing the players who signed up.

Our goal as an organization is to reach NACS qualifiers by next year's spring split!

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Be available for at least a few hours for at least 4-5 days of the week.
• Good at organization (obviously)

Responsibilities:

• Organize scrims & tournaments
• Make sure players and coaches attend practices/tourneys
• Schedule practice days/times
• Helps find subs & starters, if needed
• Report to GM on what goes on in practices and any other important information on a weekly basis.
