Made a topic before that was super long and typed out and noone read it. So here's what I'm looking for.
**1. Main the role that you are applying for. [Have ATLEAST 100 ranked games played with champions in that role THIS season] 2. Be 18+ preferred 21+ - If you claim to be 18 but when i get on voice chat with you I can tell you're either younger or immature you will be kicked. 3. Have a mic and curse voice. Later we will switch to another voice chat, it will not be Skype. 4. Be on atleast 5 days a week, be available in the afternoon and/or evening on those days. No we will not play everyday, but im sick of not being able to play because 3 of us are on and the other 2 are never on. 5. Practice like you play, just because it's normals doesn't mean you can fuck around, practice is practice I expect you to try your best. 6. Have a champion pool of more than 5 champions for your role. You won't always get your main. 7. Worry about your own game play. I will be finding someone to help us with comps/analyzing our gameplay. Your job as a player is not to criticize your team mates. Leave that to me and the analyst. 8. Play SoloQue in your free time. The ONLY way to get better as a player is practice and normals don't count. Think about it this way, if you're a high-school basketball player who would you play against to get better, Other high-school basketball players? or a buncha elementary school kids. **
