LF Coach/ Duo Buddy

Hey, I'm looking for a coach and someone to ranked duo with, now that I'm out of the military I have a lot more time to play. I try to pick up a lot on my own or through streams/ guides or whatnot but i think i could really critique and refine my playstyle if i have someone there telling me when I'm an idiot lol. I'm currently B4 and want to try and reach for Gold Solo since the last time I played I was close to it in S3. I get a long with just about whoever and take criticism well.
