S4 LF Higher Elo Coach/Duo

I'm currently s4 on my main, I'm looking for someone to duo with who can coach and call me out on my mistakes. I can play all lanes generally well but play mid and adc the most. I'm not looking to be carried so if your on a smurf to learn different chanpions or whatever that's fine, mainly just looking for the tips and advice to better my own game play. I've tried having my games watched and given feedback but on the spot corrections seem to stick better. Thanks.
