Silver adc with 630+ ranked games this season looking for ranked 5v5 team. Info inside (maybe a duo)

Warning Shot··1 votes·1,138 views

Like the title says I'm a silver adc main, i've played 630+ ranked games this season, ive played 30+ games with each of my top 7 adcs, up to 100 with my most played. Here are my ranked stats this season: http://www.lolskill.net/summoner/NA/optikz/champions

I'm looking to join a ranked team, prefer one that's not just thrown together without the leader trying anyone out first. I'd be okay with finding a duo partner, but if a duo is interested ill be looking into your stats first.

About me -

Age: 24

Role: ADC obviously

Favorite champions: Vayne Jinx Ashe Twitch Ezreal Tristana

Voice Comms: I have Skype, curse voice, teamspeak, ventrilo, raidcall out of these i prefer curse voice the most.

Availability: nearly any time of the day any time of the week, i prefer not to play late at night though, I have a 1 year old.

Strengths: Experience in my position, I know which lanes to play safe, which lanes to bully, which to just try to farm til laning ends, etc. I'm also very good at losing lane gracefully, what this means. I know that losing lane doesn;t mean having to feed your lane, the difference between a smart player and one not so smart is that when you fight someone and lose 1-2 times, you need to play safer, obviously theyre either better, ahead, had something favorable happen, no matter the case, it's ALWAYS better to just farm out your lane safely without giving them anymore kills, rather than to continue to try and fight them without help.

Weakness: I don't like to be a shotcaller, I like to focus on my own play.

If you are interested or have any questions either leave them here or add me and message me. Thank you for reading my post.

Unless you're Allen Iverson the only way to get better is practice and perseverance.

not trying to be a dick. i have a friend with 2000+ ranked games and he's like gold 3 or something. but i just dont see how you could like play that much league in a year (with exception of pro players)

Lets break down the math.

Season typically start at the middle of january, beginning of feb. lets say it started Feb 1st

2-1 through 9-19 = 199 days give or take

so 660/199 that means id have to play 3.3 games a day if i play 7 days a week. i typically play about 5, so.

660/199 = 3.3 a day at 7 days a week I took 199 and divided it by 1.4 (7/5) and it came out to 142 days of playing league if i play 5 days a week. again, give or take. So

660games / 142 days = 4.64 games a day, at playing 5 days a week.

[Now, I used www.mylol.is to find out that I have played 1771 ranked solo que games on my account in total since it has been created. and, I have spent 1033 hours in those games. so 1771 / 1033 = 1.714424007744434

1.714424007744434 hours on average divided into minutes = 34.99717673630716 minutes give or take average per game played of solo que. ]

So just to be simple.

4.64 games a day, with 35 minutes for each game. means, that i play roughly 3.3 hours of league of legends a day in a 5 day week.

Enough with the math.

So, 3 hours a day on days i have nothing to do? cake. It also helps that i RARELY play normals, like barely ever. So the time i do spend playing league of legends is typically either in solo que or in ranked 5s.

You're welcome.

Just a small bit of information, starting pro players play no more than the average challenger player and in alot of cases play far less than those who are not on teams. You can see that by checking the solo que leader boards in your client.

Thanks for reading.

I was really tired so I probably misspoke. I was kind of more curious as to how you aren't frustrated beyond belief not climbing past Silver after hundreds of games.

Also its funny, you over explain things, I do that too, just because i don't want to have to re-explain if someone doesn't understand ;p

i dont know you personally so if this is wrong then im sorry.

What I've noticed is, people who grew up playing team sports get frustrated less easily than people who did not. I grew up playing baseball/football/basketball on teams and was also on the swim team for a couple years. I was taught that practice makes perfect, and you should worry less about what your team can do, and more about making yourself better to help out your team. That's why I'm not someone who quits playing ranked after 40 games because they cant climb, even though if they looked at their own stats they'd notice tons of things they could change to probably help themselves.

again, thanks for reading my paragraph ;)

I actually played AAA baseball and a few other rep sports. I dont think sports have to do with it, I think its personality. Im an impatient person. I once again misspoke and shouldn't have used "frustrated". When I played baseball I had 2 trainers because I was the pitcher and I trained like day in day out because I wanted to be the best, and I always wanted to see improvement. That translates to most parts of my life. If I practice something and don;t improve, I'm frustrated. Idk. Just different people.

Over 1000 matches here, and honestly, I think it has more to do with a person's upbringing than it does to do with whether they've been involved in sports or not. For myself, for example, I do get extremely frustrated, but that has more to do with my past, due to having been forced to grow up amongst abusive-adults (and so I can just about guarantee you that the most-toxic individuals in this game, and actually in society in general, have very likely had abusive-parents who did not nurture their off-spring correctly nor maturely nor calmly nor reasonably).

Another factor is the psychological-development department. I am one of those people who rarely gives up against all odds, and back in the 1990s when I was part of this real-time-scenario multi-player military war-strategy game (a genre that I actually hated but was too « competitive-minded/revenge-minded » just to quit before winning), one of its ages had extremely frustrating opponents, two in particular, who were just killing everybody else, including their own friends, and one of those mofo's used multiple deceptive-tactics, and I was absolutely infuriated at the corruption, unable to comprehend how anybody could be so corrupt, make friends with such corrupt people, and help such corrupt people who lie & deceive & back-stabbed to take the winning title for that age. Anyway, I was the ONLY player whom they were not able to kill, although they most-certainly tried multiple times and having members of my own secret-alliances leak secret-information in order to prevent us from stopping the tyranny, only to themselves be disposed of & later regret listening to false promises, and I rose back up even from being down to having only one castle remaining (you die & account is erased if you lose your last castle), and I COULD have stopped those tyrants if it weren't for all of the « moles/spies/plants » that they tricked into helping them gain Titan-Status (actually, that shit still infuriates me to this day but it's also basically taught me that most people just simply give up very easily, too).

I whole heartedly disagree with just about everything listed :P thank you for your opinion. Have a nice day though.
