B4 Noob Support Main Looking for a team!

Hihi!!! I just started League about 4 weeks ago, and have really taken to playing support. This was all fine and dandy until I got to ranked, where teams like to just throw games because they don't get first blood or get that one penta they've been looking for even though your other lanes are winning which ends in the whole match to flop. I am looking for a team that can help me through Ranked. I am also looking for a team that can help me learn more about the game as a whole. I just started, and I think that I am exceptional for just learning the game, so if someone could help refine that, we would all be blessed!~

I main heal/poke supports like Sona, Nami, and Soraka as well as Janna who is the peel goddess. However, I've been experimenting with tank supports like Nautilus, Leona, and Alistar. I play mostly after school (I'm a senior in high school so I'm not overly busy anyways) and on the weekends (I don't have school on Fridays!!!).

I'm not looking for anything super fancy, just a group of people that can help me blossom as a support. Thanks!
