Natural Intellect LF Head Coach, Statistical Analyst, Individual Analyst, and Head Analyst.
Natural Intellect is a team/organization that is based on a long term goal to go as far as the team can take us. We do have possible sponsors that we are planning to sign with to take care of all of our tournament fee's and the things we need. But we need the correct management staff to really unlock our full potential. What we are looking for as being the management staff for the team is first most being able to not only comprehend your role/job on the team but being able to do your role/job on the team. We are seeking individuals who are able to show up to practice and be accountable for their roles on the team. So make sure that when you apply you are 100% in and able to be an Analyst and a Coach for our team. Just to clarify we have no means to be able to pay you yet but in the future when we are able to grow as a team with the management staff we will be able to in the future.
Head Coach: We expect you to be able to create all the different strategies for the team. Whatever comps we use, whatever bans we use, how we use it, etc. etc. You are the man in charge of everything that happens in game you make sure that we fix our problems and improve. Your role isn't to be an analyst and to recognize what problems we have but to find solutions to them. Whether it is with special practice regiments or anything of the sort. You do not have to have extensive experience but we expect you to have a general idea of what you are doing and how you plan to do it.
Head Analyst: As an Head Analyst or Review Analyst we expect you to be able to review all of our important scrims, vods, and games. Picking out the macro mistakes we make as a team and how we could of done it better. You recognize the issues we have as a whole while naming a solution and having the coach work with you and us to solve our problems. Your main focus will be the macro mistakes we make as a whole more so then the micro we make individually. You do have authority to help us with our game play but that is under the Head Coaches permission and supervision.
Individual Analyst: As an Individual Analyst you will watch the micro mistakes we make as players. You are a specialist in whatever lane/role you will be watching and understand it extensively. You will be able to recognize and relay all the problems we have as individual players and what we can do differently to improve. Working with the Head Analyst and Head Coach to find a solution to these problems. Your main focus will be on specific players and on the micro or small decisions we make throughout the game.
Statistical Analyst: This is probably something very new to you to hear about. But, the main role of a Statistical Analyst is to find out what is good, why it is good, and literally run the numbers so we can be playing at the peak of our potential. Your main goal is to run the numbers with all the patches, watch vods of all the different regions finding different and new strategies to use, and finding out what is strong. You will work with the Head Coach to develop a game plan with our comps, item builds, and over all game strategy. The Head Coach will have the final say but your role as a Statistical Analyst is vital for a team to really improve drastically.
Instead of doing a certain form for your resumes, be creative make your own for whatever management position you are seeking. DO NOT ADD ME! Our team manager will add you and we will talk things over if we are interested in you. Thank you :)
