LF Top/Support/Jungle For New Serious Long Term Ranked Team (Plat+ Pref)
I am making a new serious and dedicated ranked team that is based on commitment and hard work. I am searching for serious individuals who will be able to dedicate themselves wholly to the team. We will not accept anybody with an unworkable schedule, anybody with a poor attitude, anybody that is not 100% dedicated this is a long term commitment, and/or anybody that refuses to co-operate with the team and it's staff. With that being said I will go on with the application and our expectations. You will be expected to:
- Show up to practices and make sure to communicate with the manager/players if you will be absent being responsible.
- Have the ability to practice at least 3-5 weekdays, be able to play on the weekends, and be able to attend tournaments.
- Be a team player make sure you trust your team and listen to your team mates and the staff.
- This is a long term commitment we are planning to stay together for a long time so make sure you are ready for a decision like this.
- Do not have a poor attitude, become toxic during tough situations, nor passive aggressive, and be able to point the finger at yourself before another seeking to improve.
- Most of all be driven have a goal mindset where you will always keep that goal in mind and be relentless in achieving it. Champ Pool: I play almost every support champion except for taric, nunu, or zilean at a decent level. I can also play some caster supports or champions seen mid lane such as brand, annie or lux.
Strengths: I can shot call, decent map awareness, I can recieive criticism and apply corrections quickly, decent laning, decent at peeling
Weaknesses: can be too passive, have been known to tunnel vision, have a harder time when playing from extremely behind
Past ranked team experience? if so explain: I have played on a few teams that would play the provisionals, but wouldn't really go past that. Some of it was that the team as a whole couldn't agree on something, or no one was on at the same time, etc. The ranks of people I played with varied from silver to diamond. I have also been on teams where I don't think I could benefit from them, so I have left. So I haven't had an true team experience for 5v5's.
Why do you want to be on this team? What are your goals of joining this team?: I would like to be on this team to grow as a player and learn more, because you can learn something from someone no matter the rank. I would try my hardest to help the team climb and do what was best for the team, not as an individual player.
Why should we choose you over everybody else?: When I join something, I become very dedicated and motivated to do better. I get along with most people and can work well with them.
