Teach me how to be a better mid?(Mid Lane Coach Needed)

Hello. I'm turtle, a bronze 5 mid lane main pain train. I have lissandra at 135K(lvl 6 with all lvl 7 tokens) however, i still feel im lacking an understanding on her advanced mechanics. Im looking for a midlane coach overall, but one one who mains or has mained Lissandra would be even better. Im pretty good at the game despite my league but i know i have a long way to go. I have discord and a very flexible schedule. Please for the love of god be 420 friendly.

I can give you some advice that will increase you to at least silver. If you actually improve as a player you can go even higher.

i have her lvl 5 actually now that you mention it. i used her alot bot lane and i took her mid once or twice against champions i wasnt sure about early on. It was suprisingly strong mid lane with an AP build. her stun is bananas. Thanks for the advice.

I'm confused why that's relevant to coaching though, unless you're playing while you're high, in which case that's just stupid.

nah i never smoke when i'm playing ranked or during practice. some night my friends and i do customs, i invited him thinking he'd have fun, and yeah i smoke when were doing arams or the weekend game mods haha. but not on SR. but he said me smoking made him feel weird.
