LF duo partner to plat and beyond and looking for a good team

my quick rant: Mid main, i main anivia with a 58% win ratio and a 3.6kda over 180ish games (200 points from top 350 in north america, 17th most played in NA). I win my lane 90% of the time usually i get first blood 75% of the time and get it within the first 3-5 minutes of the game consistantly. When i have a decent or better team i always win, usually carry. And when i don't... well you know the rest I can only carry so much. I'm currently half way to gold 4.

After looking at the numbers and odd i've come to the conclusion that to beat solo que you need to duo que ( funny right?). Therefore i'm looking for a good (AND CONSISTANT) duo partner to go all the way. My last few partners have either been ok for a couple games then start sucking, or they are good then just disappear never to be seen (don't bother contacting if your not interested in the long run). They must have some type of voice communication (skype, ts3, ventrilo, etc.) and have good stats (if your kd is under 2 that means your being carried not carrying). If your recriuting for a team, I prefer a gold + team. They must also use some sort of voice. I play almost every mid laner and you can do tryouts if you want idc actions speak louder than words anyways. If your overall kd is under 2 please don't bother messaging or adding me cause that means you are where you belong in your elo.
