Looking to form a ranked team

I'm looking forward to form a ranked 5s team. Please be 17+ with good attitude and a desire to win to create a name for ourselves. Division doesn't matter as long as you're good and look to improve then it's fine. Schedule is to be determine. Skype can be our voice communication, but overall it's up to you guys/gals. It's semi-serious, but overall it's to meet new people & climb the tiers. I am a support main & that spot will be taken. I will be hosting tryouts this Friday night.
