Looking for long term duo partner

Hello, call me Heu. I'm looking for a long term duo partner to climb to possibly Diamond 5. I am currently in Gold 3, hoping to get into my promos and get promoted two division up to Gold 1. I originally started in Silver 3. I am a support main, who mainly plays support champions based on the meta and patches. Looking to find that special someone who can be friendly and non-toxic.
