Looking for coach for adc pref diamond 5 +

So Ive been playing adc for a while now with several ranked teams and usually win with ease against gold or silver players but lately ive been getting put up against plat or diamond bot lanes and I struggle to get past laning though usually I can get back into the game late game.

LF someone preferably diamond to show me how to lane better and control waves to stay farmed late game.
