DeathMatch Lf members and manager/coach

Hi I am the Team Captain of DeathMatch a semi-serious ranked 5s team. Currently we are currently trying out for all positions including a manager position. If interested fill out form below.

!Important! What we are looking for in players

1. Be willing to learn new champs and practice strong champs for ur lane.
2. Be kind and fair in and out of game which basically means dont rage and play with teamates and also work through problems together.
3. Have good/decent internet and headset.
4. Analyze and set goals, every team practice I would like everyone to know where they could use improvement and how they plan to improve and try their best to get better.
5. Give constructive criticism and share ideas if you have anything to say bring it up during team discussion or bring it to me personally. Our main goal is to get better as a team cant do that without knowing what were doing wrong and learning from it.
6. We would like if u try to make most practices and also be able to give us your schedule.
7. If you decide to tryout and join be willing to stick with the team. If u dont think you'll wanna be in a team longterm or something might interfere let us know ahead of time.
