Any time works for me just looking for a ranked team to play with and progress with if possible no rage and disban after one or two losses please

Unfortunately thats how team ranked works unless youre doing it with a clan. Sometimes even with a clan. I swear I lost count of the number of teams we got through placements and disbanded because we lost the last placement match. If you honestly want to start a ranked team you need to find a group of people that you enjoy playing normals with. The only downside is, according to some of my friends, until you get to mid diamond its hard to find an actual serious ranked team. By serious I mean a team where you practice, do scrims, play more then 3-4 games a week, where there are actually tryouts as opposed to, "Hi I'm bob and I play mid", "Hey, bob welcome to the team, Dont worry we dont need to test your playstyle or to see if youre actually good". Etc. I would be happy with a team that only makes it to plat or low diamond just as long as everyone on the team is playing their main role and there are subs for when people cant make a game or something comes up. Possibly even a coach.
