Need an ADC for a ranked team. Currently unranked, we expect to get Silver

My teammates and I are looking for a 5th person to fill out our roster. We are currently 2-2 in placements, but we hope to place in Silver. However, if we place in Bronze, we aren't going to split up the team or try again; we're just going to go from there. We are looking for someone who is willing to stick with it and won't be discouraged from a low placement or from lost games. Every lost game is just an opportunity for us to learn and grow as a team.

I am looking for dedicated people who are primarily on at night. We want people who will put the team first when it comes to LoL (obviously, real life comes first, but when you're on LoL, put the team first). We want a good, team player, that likes to have fun. I can't stress it enough -- don't get discouraged from a loss! Also, be willing to give and receive constructive criticism but do not be someone who tries to micromanage everyone else on your team.

Our team uses Skype for communication, and it's a MUST that you have Skype, a working mic, and speakers.

Our current lineup is as follows: Brozkee, top, Bronze II LC Deadly, jungle, Gold IV AYWON, mid, Bronze II MeltedWater, support, Silver V

We'll try out anyone regardless of rank, however, if you're gold or better, just be prepared to rank lower and be aware you're with lower-ranked people. :P Our team likes to have a good time, whether we're winning or we're losing. In ranked 5v5's, we can't rank up without each other's help. We all contribute to the team!
