Looking for someone to create a sister / scrimmage team. [Bronze-Gold]

I'm looking for someone who would want to create a sister / scrimmage team, or who has a team they are captain of / manage. Our team is very casual, but wanting to play to win as well. We do this for fun but our picks / play will be serious while in game.

I'm open to either-

1. Someone who is wanting to create a brand new team. or
2. A team who is already together that is just needing/wanting a scrimmage partner.

**What I can offer is - **

• A TeamSpeak server to use for your team along with passwords on your channels so no one can get in besides you. I own the server so no one will be on it besides those on the 2 teams.
• My team available to scrimmage multiple times a week so both teams can practice.
• Criticism and feedback (constructive) on your teams play as a whole and each player singularly ( If you want it, you don't have to have it.)
• No trash talk in all chat during the game.

What I need from you -

• Available multiple times a week to scrimmage, also needs to be in the afternoon EST.
• No trash talking in all chat during the game.
• Feedback on how my players are doing.
• General respect for players trying to get better.
• All team members must be bronze - gold ranking in solo-que.
• To have players who are generally good people and to be able to manage your team effectively.
