Looking for a duo queue partner.

I normally don't go out searching for duo queue on any sort of forums or social media, but I want to make it at least to Gold this year. I'll admit, I was Bronze III last season because I just lacked the desire to continue trying and was quite upset with my promos, not to mention I usually do more normals because they're not as stressful. I haven't done my placements this year. Hopefully I'll at least land in Silver, but then again, Silver is WORSE than Bronze.... ._. I main support and I use Curse Voice, Raidcall, and Skype.
