Optimal Esports Uproar Recruiting Gold 1-Plat 5 Players for Tournament Team

Right now you might be wondering why the gold 1 to plat 5 requirement? Well this is is because I plan on entering the team into a tournament that requires all members of the team to be plat 5 or below at the start. Of course after it begins you can rank up all you want, but i need you to be below plat 4 when it begins. All right now to the fun part. Top: Open Jungle: Closed Mid: Open ADC: Open Support: Open The schedule for the team will be as follows: Monday,Wednesday,Friday,Saturday, and Sunday from 4pm CST to 9pm CST with Tuesday and Thursday being break days. If you are not 100% sure you can follow this schedule do not apply, because I will be HEAVILY enforcing it. Also TEAMSPEAK AND A WORKING MICROPHONE IS REQUIRED. Outside of game I am very dedicated to getting a job done. For example I am currently attending school for my PhD in chemistry. Worst traits in and out of game: In game would be getting caught out too much. Outside of game I do tend party on the weekends. Confident shotcaller (not required I just want to know)? Not in particular Primary purpose for joining a this team? i want an actual team environment were everyone is willing to grow together. Past ranked 5s experience?
