Plat 5 top laner looking for serious 5s team

Currently looking for a ranked 5s team that plays at the very least 4 times a week for at least 3 hours during those days. So if it has not already been made clear enough that I am not in search of a team of casuals I expect every member of the team to play the top tier meta picks for their role. I am also interested in playing in tournaments at some time in the near future. I have pretty much all voice comm programs as well. If interested my ign is MVG Aitren , just add me and we will talk.

Game time is 8:00pm-11:00pm EST Tuesday - Thursday. Time commitment required.

Who we want:

Primarily top and bot lane main players, but can fill. Must have good attitude. We lost a game, no big deal, just learn from it.

Must respect the calls. We win by objectives, out-rotations, called by our shot caller. If you won't follow the calls then don't bother.

Currently we are looking for Gold 5+ players.

Must be able to communicate through Skype.
