I just want a team to play on and win some games

I've been a Silver player for as long as I can remember and I keep climbing getting demoted and repeating and it's sickening. I just want a team to play with where we can learn from mistakes and actually make progress. I've had experience playing in plat, and understand that kind of communication and teamwork, but I'm not a plat player. I main top and jungle, I can fill in for other roles, except adc. Message, add me, I really don't care at this point I just want to play.
