5s team looking for coach

our team is currently looking for a dedicated Coach. As a team we've been together for about 2 weeks, and have stuck to our schedule of playing 3 days a week, and sometimes weekends. We have a serious problem with champ select and team compositions. As a coach here are a few things we'd be looking for and also a current roster:
