Creating Serious Ranked-Tournament (Online) Team - Rampaging Rhinos [Gold-Plat+}

Hey there guys,

Former Platinum payer here, decided to start playing again, and hard, just recently, and now with at least a month of free time, I've decided to dedicate my free hours towards a team that will strive to achieve a high ladder rank and more importantly, win some cash from various online tourneys (It's really a lot easier than you think, you just need to get players together that are good, synergize well, and can play together consistently -- I've wona few myself, it's very fun and rewarding).

Anyways here's how this is going to break down:

This is a post on the internet, I'm not expecting an eSports team to be crafted out of this in a month. What I am expecting is the people who reply here are passionate and dedicated towards getting better, and probably more importantly, are players that are willing to make some new friends, for I've never fought better in a teamfight than I have when my best buddy was their cracking jokes, fighting right along my side. The other thing, that goes hand in hand with the whole striving to get better deal is that please be an open-minded person, especially with respect towards contructive criticism. I don't want to create a team that is "blame-free," but that doesn't mean I want people calling each other out and whining when they blame, a more constructive, "Yo you fucked up this is how we get better" where it is necessary will only help in the long run.
