Plat player LF serious 5's team

My IGN is Unfaded Valor. I was plat last season and I am bronze currently. I have been focusing on other things lately and haven't done much ranked. Hoping to find a serious ranked team to push through the ranks this season. I can fill any lane effectively but lately I have been pushed into Supp and Mid. I have a consistent champion pool and only three champions I am working to add towards that pool to be more versatile.
