Looking for a Mid/Top laner for a SERIOUS ranked 5 team. Axios Ronin

Hello players of League of Legends. My name is Valor. I am here to look for some serious players for a ranked 5's team. Not someone just for the ward. Not someone who will leave after 2-3 losses. We are looking for two guys (or girls, I have faith) that are not just wanting to push to higher ranks, but want a career in League. I come from other teams, and I have been to Challenger Tier of ranked teams. I know the game and the competition. This a SERIOUS team of people who are dedicated and devoted to pushing further and climbing higher until we reach the top. If you find the post to be a joke or think "How is that possible?" Leave this page and find another team. But if you read this and think to yourself, "I want to make it. I want to be, the very best, that no one ever was." In this team, there are requirements. Not rank, nor skill, because those we can help each other with. But, you need to always Be Positive. Even in a loss, you should be able to stand up and say, we always got next game. There will always be another game. Another chance for redemption. the second requirement is, Believe in yourself and your team. We will have games where you, our support, and even myself will screw up big time, be it feeding 9 kills to not being focused and losing objectives. That does not mean that it is over forever. That just means it's time for a mental reset. Get some tea, watch a video, go for a jog. Something, Clear your mind, reset. Don't lose faith in your team and in yourself. and the third and final requirement is that you can NOT Give Up. I will say again. Do Not Give Up. We will not surrender. Unless we are down 37 kills, 50k gold, 2 barons and 7 dragons. We are not giving up. There is ALWAYS a chance to come back and turn the beat around. Now, if you read this far, than that must mean you are interested. A few things that are highly recommended but not required are that you should have a big champ pool, Basic Game knowledge, silver 3+ (Again, rank is not much of a big deal to me), voice comms (We have skype, CV, Mumble, Teamspeak) and a flexible schedule.
