Looking for a duo partner in ranked

I used to be a silver 5 in the old season, but my computer broke down and i got demoted for inactivity. i am not looking to get backed in ranked and i need a good duo partner. I am sick and tired of going into a ranked match, and getting paired up with trolls, D/C's and or afk's, If anyone wants to rank duo with me please add me!
