Duo Partner! Gold to Plat

Hey guys, I am CloudPyx3, I am a Top Lane/Jungle player. Mainly top, I have a 56% winnrate in Solo Q, but have been stuck bouncing between Gold 1 and 2. I have been in Promos for Plat 2 times, and idk if I am getting in my own head, but I go on a losing streak and end up in gold 2, which I am in currently. Anyways I am just looking for a Duo partner who wants to get into Plat with me. I would prefer a Mid Laner/jungler, but any role is chill with me. I am pretty relaxed, and dont rage hard or anything.
