S4 Mid looking for team

Hey I am Pretty good middle laner, I mainly play lux.

I am not looking to rush into dynamic ranked with a random team, I want to be part of a team that knows what it takes in-order to improve. Meaning possible coaches, replay views, not raging and playing semi daily if not daily. A team willing to discuss things, such as what is the best course of action for each situation after the match! One that knows that unless the shot caller is God there going to make bad calls, but follows them anyways, and if there indeed incorrect will adjust as a team.

Yes even LCS teams make bad calls, toss and much more... most recently one died trying to take baby baron and they won the match! aka renegades
