Seeking Coaching, Stuck in Bronze and Silver for 2 Seasons

Not sure how to climb or improve anymore. I have 2 accounts that both started at bronze 4 and now are both silver 5. I keep going to Silver 4 and demote to Silver 5, I just want help from a high elo player that can teach me how to play the game.
