Need a Dynamic Queue Team to Climb Out of Bronze With

I'm Bronze 4, I was 7 - 3 in placements (playing with silver/golds that didnt feed) and am now 20 - 27

I do well 99% of my games

I know this is the generic bronze excuse, but the team mates I get actually are literally garbage.

I play jungle and mid well and can also play AD Carry decently.

Honestly so tired of being in this elo it's actually frustrating when I get a Jinx that builds hexdrinker/rageblade or a Master Yi that is afk for the first 3 minutes because he "Has to look up a build for Yi"
