It is needed. You know if you're the rager or flamer, or not. If you're te type of player that simply whines and complains and focus on how bad your teamates are instead of playing your game. They know who they are. If you're chill and can take a loss for what it is, and have fun with what you had, then you should know that as well. Common sense. Know yourself. Simple as that.

Its really not, because some people are that way when solo only. Some are significantly better in teams. You cant judge a person except by how they are in any given situation. SoloQueue behavior is not the same as DuoQueue behavior is not the same as Full Premade.

Count Buffon1 votesI definitely have more fun when I'm close to the same skill level. I'm mid-silver. I got up to S2 last season, but I've been doing too much ARAM to climb past S4 so far this season.
Playing with low bronze or upper gold (or above) would definitely lead to some awkward and lopsided matches.
Anyway, I might be busy in the near future anyway. Not sure. But I play tanky support or jungle when I can.
