LF Specific Role coaches to work alongside coach and analysts for team

My team is looking to start bringing on coaches for each role, to work in depth with the players mechanically, on champion pools, matchups and so on. These coaches will be working alongside and report to a head coach that will work with the team as a whole on the macro movements and team wide objectives and will be given things to help the player in that role work on.

These positions will begin as non paid positions with the possibility of getting a form of payment in the future when the team begins playing in tournaments.
