Support looking for team

I have been playing League for over a year but have never played ranked and I'd like to start. Looking for a team. I main support and even though I'm not ranked I would place myself probably around a high bronze low silver based on people I play with and my relative skill. Would like to play norms to practice for ranked and also do ranked. Just looking for a team with focus on strategy and teamwork. I would like suggestions and I make suggestions myself so I don't want people who refuse to take criticism. I have curse and skype but it's not a requirement that the team uses voice chat. My best champion is Leona but it's hard to improve when I queue with random ADCs who cannot get kills. And I really need an ADC who will let me farm when I have Relic Shield charges. I can also fill Jungle or Top from time to time if needed. I am on mainly before 2:30pm EST or after 11pm EST. My ign is SpaceVixen.
