Building a silver/gold team.

Hello Fellow Summoners,

So here is the short and sweet. My schedule doesn't exactly allow me to play on a normal time schedule for a team, and I do know there are more players out there just like me. So here is what I am aiming for. I have a dream of just playing competitive league of legends play. I want to find four other guys who are mature, dedicated and willing to practice to achieve that. I know a lot of teams break down because of new players can't handle what I call "growing pains".

I am looking for non toxic players who are willing to admit they make mistakes and can admit to always trying to improve.
